The swimwear explores the idea of modern-folk and integrates the ideology of the pioneer in modern fashion- Issey Miyake to explore innovative, unconventional designs that can be classified on the verge of being bizarre.

Based on the trend research, silhouettes, prints and colors of the year 2023/24/25 were assessed
Based on the assessment of the trends, I developed three themes to work on, taking cues from the works of Issey Miyake
I took the theme of modern folk forward, and developed 3 different prints based on different interpretations.
I developed the print onto a knitted fabric and created a swimwear collection.
